Andy V, Aug 2020

There is still a 'line' but it is a 'preferred' queue and took about 10 minutes. Visit to Galleria dell'Accademia was well worth it on a whistle-stop day tour of Firenze.

Randi K, Jan 2020

We had an issue with this booking, as the actual tickets were not sent to us until I called the help office the morning of the gallery visit (who said they had sent the tickets but they really had not.) The tickets were finally sent but it was stressful. Once we had the tickets however, the skip the line was great.

So wanted to get in to see The Statue David. A definite on my bucket list. First we were booked at wrong museum. Agent knew we wanted to see David, Think he just mistakenly put it in wrong ( Just remember David is at the Academia Gallery .) Also, even with a skip the line ticket you may not get in if you have a time constraint. Also was not informed of the time issue. Know this when booking

I bought a skip the line pass for the following day. I did not get any response from the company until much later the next day, after I had to leave the city and obviously could not use my tickets. They did not have any disclaimer saying they would not get back to me with the tickets for 18 hours or anything like that but they have refused to give me a refund. Terrible.

Great to purchase tickets before, so you wait in a much quicker queue to get in.
Tickets were a reasonable price

"Skip the line" meant "skip the line". After contacting our Viator guide, we walked straight into the gallery, passing a very long line of people.

GERARD P, Oct 2019

Reservation made last winter. Company promised ticket delivery before the date. One day before I still hadn’t received them, and I called Viator for assistance. They got the tickets for me, but the tour company sent a sarcastic note with the tickets. The company insisted they sent them in late September (October 5 visit).
I recommend you buy tickets only from a tour company that provi

Jeffrey L, Oct 2019

David is certainly the attraction and not having to wait in line is a bonus. Although the museum was very nice, I expected more Michelangelo produced artwork. Much artwork my other artists was beautiful.

Nikki B, Sep 2019

It was great to skip the lines but read the fine print about the times. I didn’t get my time until after I paid and it was a refundable ticket. We were able to make the Accademia Gallery but they wouldn’t let us see the Uffizzi museum because the time had passed

Robert H, Sep 2019

Thanks for charging me more so that I could have what was available through the museum. I basically took an email and went to a kiosk directly across the street and picked up a ticket that I could’ve purchased in advance through the museum on my own!
