Great value for money. Pick up direct from our hotel by private speed boat. Very upfront and personal at the glass factory watching 8 masters all working in perfect harmony. Both tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable.

Was well worth it! Antonella Zanoni was fantastic. She called us the morning of to let us know they were running late but not to worry they would be picking us up soon. She explained a lot about the history while the boat took us to Murano Island...Once there we had a great demonstration and explanation. My only criticism is that the owners voice was not load enough so it was difficult to he

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide, Martina, was personable and professional. She was very knowledgeable about Venice and it's history, and very willing to answer questions.

Great experience. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I thought the glass blowing was decent but not incredible. I really enjoyed the guide's perspective on life in Venice and Murano. She was great. I thought the trip should have advertised that we had to pay for our own way back to Venice.

I would have enjoyed more information on the boat about glass blowing. It felt a bit like a sales pitch. We needed more information on getting back and the time it would take.

Ketti was a fantastic tour guide. The water taxi trip was great, and the tour of the church was a nice bonus. Glass blowing was interesting, but be prepared to get the semi-hard sell in the glass shop. Ketti also made us a reservation at the best restaurant in Borano for risotto.

There is no hotel pickup. Met the rep who promptly arrived at the hotel on time and took us to a nearby church, which is a walking distance. After that we walked to the glass factory and stayed for at least one hour. The rep gave us a choice of taking us via water taxi to San Marco but we declined, as we were there a day before.

Overall, you will be amazed with the factory and its gla

Our guide "ludo" was fantastic. He was funny and very personable. The Tour of the actual island is short but we did enjoy the glass worker and of course shopping. If you are looking for a quick and exclusive shopping experience then go for it, but if you want a more historical tour , this is not it!

Pinkster, Oct 2016

We were very surprised to have a private guide to take us to Murano, and even gave us a tour of Murano island before dropping us off at the glass factory! We thought we would just be transported to the island. After the glass factory visit, he met us again to take us to the vaporetto station for our transportation back to San Marco. Since we took the earliest Murano watertaxi, there wasn't a
