Soaring 1,454 feet above Midtown Manhattan from base to antenna, the Empire State Building (ESB) is the World’s Most Famous Building. Our 86th Floor Observation Deck, open daily from 11AM-10PM, offers the highest 360 degree open-air vantage point in New York City and on a clear day, you can see up to six states–New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Located at the center of it all, the Empire State Building is an easy walk from Times Square and just steps to Macy’s, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
Starting with the spectacular new entrance which opened last August, the second floor galleries allow guests to walk through a museum experience and enjoy a journey into The Empire State Building history and mystique.

The skip the line wasnt needed as it's very quite this time of the year, there was no queuing for this attraction.

The Empire State Building was great and it was a perfect day! We didn't end up needing the skip-the-line tickets as we walked right through.. We went on a Monday, so I can them being more useful on a weekend.

We had a wonderful time! Buying the tickets ahead of time helped save time. The walk to the elevator was fantastic. The views from the 86th floor were fantastic!

This trip was one of our highlights during our recent holiday in New York. On getting to the 80-something floor, my wife commented that 'it is a bit warmer than on the ground outside, must be due to us being nearer the sun'. She then noticed the halogen heaters mounted above the roof - you could have probably heard me laugh from the ground level!!! Great trip, very informative and would recommetour.more

Good value ticket price, certainly cheaper than direct, especially if busy as quick processing through security to lifts. Definitely our favourite trip as a family.

I purchased the fast lane and did not realize it was MLK holiday weekend and luckily it was fine. It was a
Once in a
Life time visit and that’s good enough for me.

The visit was interesting especially the new attraction which is like an inside version of the open air 86th floor...still good for seeing the city and its vastness. Annoying people blocking the path around taking forever to take selfies/photos. Understand but.....they really are milking the tourist though. Friendly and helpful staff....

Had massive cloud/fog but Viator has a no refund policy for weather so we had to do it anyway. Wasn't worth the time.

It was convenient already having tickets when we got there, so we didn't have to stop at a kiosk while going up. It was very busy the day we went (between Christmas and New Year's), so there were still lines to get to elevators to get to the observation deck and to get back down. Just make sure you set aside a decent amount of time for this attraction.
