The 9/11 Memorial Museum in Lower Manhattan preserves the history of the attacks on the World Trade Center, and documents the significance of those events through building remnants, personal artifacts, first-person accounts and multimedia displays. With this admission ticket, take a self-guided tour of the museum's memorial exhibition and 3-part historical exhibition, which commemorates the 2,983 people who were killed, honors those who risked their lives to save others, and reflects on the courage and compassion shown in the aftermath.

Amazing experience. A definite must do! Very emotional and a memory that'll last forever. So we'll put together, incredible.

The entrance to the venue was snagless, straight through without a wait. Although expect airport style security checks as you enter the building. The disappointment was with the audio tour. I expected it to be included but this was only through an app, so the audio equipment was needed to be hired at $8 per person. The exhibits were many and the whole tour was a sobering experience, as expetour.more

Well worth the visit we got there early around 9am no queues at all did the tour on our own no audio as it takes longer to go round if you are on a time scale very emotional

An incredible experience about an event that still seems unreal. Very respectful and interesting. Ensure you have time to experience this to the full - we were there for 4.5 hours. Queue jump ticket was great.

Made entry fast an easy. Museum is a “must see”. It captures the event through voices, video and visuals in a very meaningful way.

Everything went off without a line or a problem. No need to even stop when you normally would buy tickets. Just go right in.

Good time of year to visit, no queues, very interesting, sympathetically done museum, well worth a visit.

We had no trouble skipping the line (which saved us a good 30 minutes) with our Viator mobile ticket. It included an audio guide. The museum itself was meaningful and poignant. Everyone should visit to pay their respects and perpetuate the memories of those who lost their lives in this tragedy.

I bought these tickets to skip the line however, when I tried to skip the line I was told those tickets were purchased from a third party company and we do not honor the Skip the Line. So in line I went.

This was such an amazing tour! The museum is so tactfully done and honors the memories of all who perished on 9/11. Two things - be sure and bring your own headphones! This was not mentioned and the app is great, but you cannot take advantage of it without headphones. So we spent the $8 to get the museum's audio tour. I would suggest that the audio portion is a must! We were there almosttour.more
